[Announcement] ASTX Notice on Temporary Maintenance of Third-Party Asset Custody Services

Dear ASTX Users,

Due to temporary system maintenance being carried out by our third-party asset custody service provider, deposit and withdrawal services may be affected for some users.

The ASTX technical team is actively investigating the issue and working closely with the service provider to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.

I. Scope of Impact

  1. Deposit Services: Some users may experience delays in receiving deposited funds, even after their transactions have been confirmed on the blockchain.
  2. Withdrawal Services: Some users may be temporarily unable to submit withdrawal requests or may experience delays in withdrawal reviews and on-chain processing.

II. Estimated Maintenance Duration

The maintenance is expected to last approximately 3 hours. The actual restoration time will depend on the progress of the maintenance.

III. Service Restoration Arrangements

Once maintenance is completed, deposits that have been confirmed on the blockchain will be gradually credited to users' accounts automatically.

Withdrawal requests that have been successfully submitted and meet the processing requirements will resume normal review and on-chain processing. Users do not need to resubmit these requests.

For withdrawal requests that were not successfully submitted, please try again after services have been restored.

IV. Important Reminders

During the maintenance period, please avoid submitting duplicate withdrawal requests.

If you experience delayed deposits or withdrawal issues, please contact ASTX Online Customer Support for assistance and verification.

ASTX will continue to closely monitor the maintenance progress and coordinate with the service provider to restore normal operations as soon as possible, while minimizing any disruption to our users.
