I. Maintenance Schedule

Estimated Duration: Approximately 2 hours
Reserved Maintenance Window: 01:00 – 07:00 (UTC+8) (up to 6 hours)
II. Impact Scope
During the maintenance period, the following services will be temporarily suspended or affected:
• Spot trading services suspended
• Futures trading services suspended
• Order placement, cancellation, and matching services suspended
• Deposit services suspended
• Withdrawal services suspended
• OTC trading services suspended
• Certain pages and trading modules may be temporarily unavailable
Services will be restored progressively based on the upgrade progress. Actual recovery time shall prevail.
III. User Reminder
To minimize inconvenience during maintenance, users are advised to:
• Manage positions in advance and control trading risks
• Complete trading activities or close positions ahead of maintenance if necessary
• Arrange withdrawals and fund allocation in advance
• Avoid high-frequency or high-risk trading around the maintenance period
