As a precautionary measure, ASTX has decided to temporarily suspend web-based deposit services.
The arrangements are as follows:
1. Temporary Suspension of Web-Based Deposits: Effective immediately, ASTX has temporarily suspended deposit services on its web platform. The resumption date will be announced separately.
2. Do Not Use Previously Saved Deposit Addresses: Please refrain from transferring assets to deposit addresses previously obtained, copied, or saved from the web platform to avoid potential asset losses.
3. Deposit Instructions: If you need to make a deposit, please obtain the latest deposit address through the official ASTX App and carefully verify the address and corresponding blockchain network before proceeding.
4. Reporting Deposit Issues: If you have recently obtained a deposit address through the web platform and completed a transfer, or if you experience any deposit-related issues, such as funds not being credited, please contact ASTX official customer support promptly and provide the relevant transaction details for verification.
ASTX is actively conducting security checks and taking appropriate measures. Web-based deposit services will be restored once their security has been confirmed.
