Important Notice: Following this update, previously used deposit addresses may no longer be valid. To ensure your deposits are credited successfully, please obtain and verify your latest deposit address through the official ASTX platform before making each deposit.

This update involves changes to digital asset deposit addresses and related wallet services. Once completed, some previously used deposit addresses may no longer be supported.
Users can obtain their latest deposit addresses through the official ASTX App or website.
How to Obtain Your Deposit Address:
Assets → Deposit → Select Cryptocurrency and Network → Get Deposit Address
If you have previously saved an ASTX deposit address in a personal wallet, another exchange, or an address book, please verify and update it before making any further transfers.
II. Deposit Guidelines
To protect your assets, please follow these guidelines before making a deposit:
- Obtain the current deposit address displayed on the ASTX platform before each deposit.
- Verify that the cryptocurrency, blockchain network, and receiving address are correct.
- Do not use previous deposit records, old screenshots, or previously saved addresses to initiate transfers.
Important Reminder: Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Deposits sent to invalid addresses, through incorrect networks, or with incorrect information may fail to be credited and could result in permanent loss of assets.
III. Account Assets and Deposit Services
This deposit address update will not affect digital assets already credited to users' accounts or their existing account balances.
Once the update is completed, users can obtain their latest valid deposit addresses through the official deposit page and continue making deposits by following the on-screen instructions.

IV. Security Reminder
Always obtain deposit addresses through the official ASTX App or website. Stay alert to fraudulent addresses, phishing attempts, and individuals impersonating customer support representatives.
ASTX representatives will never request your account password, SMS verification codes, or Google Authenticator codes. They will also never ask you to transfer assets to a personal wallet for account verification or deposit address upgrades.
