To enhance account security, we recommend enabling Google Authenticator for two-factor authentication (2FA).
Once enabled, you will be required to enter a 6-digit dynamic code when logging in, withdrawing funds, or performing sensitive security operations to better protect your account and assets.
① Install the Authenticator App
If you haven’t installed it yet, please download it first:
• Android: Open Google Play → search “Google Authenticator” → install
• iPhone: Open App Store → search “Google Authenticator” → install
After installation, open the app.
② Add and Bind Your Account
Log in to ASTX → 【Security Center】→ click 【Continue】→ obtain Secret Key
Open Google Authenticator → tap “+” in the bottom right → select 【Enter setup key】
In the input fields:
• Paste the Secret Key
• Account name can be set as: ASTX
Tap 【Add】 to complete binding
③ Complete Security Verification
Return to ASTX and enter the following:
• Mobile / Email verification code
• Google Authenticator 6-digit code
Click 【Confirm Bind】 to complete setup
⚠️ Security Tips
• Codes refresh every 30 seconds — please enter promptly
• If verification fails, ensure your phone time is set to automatic sync
• Before changing your phone, unbind or migrate the authenticator first
• Never share your verification code or Secret Key with anyone
