Step 1: Open the ASTX app, tap “Log In”, then select “Forgot Password.”
Step 2: Enter your registered email address or mobile number, then tap “Next” to submit the request.
Step 3: Drag the slider to complete the security verification (puzzle verification).
Step 4: Enter a new password, then tap “Send Verification Code.” Check the verification code sent to your email or mobile phone, enter the code, and tap “Confirm” to complete the process.
