1. Getting Started with Follow Trading
Steps:
Open the ASTX platform and click “Follow” in the navigation bar to access the perpetual contract follow trading page. Browse the list of traders available to follow, select your target trader, and click the “Follow” button to go to the follow settings page. You can also click on the trader’s profile card to view historical trading data and detailed information. Set up your follow parameters, including: Follow method Contract type Leverage Take Profit and Stop Loss percentages Maximum follow risk parameter (optional) After confirming your settings are correct, click “Confirm Follow” to start following the trader.
Important Notes:
Past performance of a trader does not guarantee future profits. Perpetual contract trading involves leverage risk; carefully assess your investment risk.
2. Modifying Follow Settings
Go to “My Follow → My Traders” to access the follow main page. View the list of traders you are following. Click “Edit Follow Parameters” to modify Take Profit, Stop Loss, leverage, or follow ratio.
3. Viewing Followed Trades
Current follow positions: can be viewed in real-time under “Follow Main Page → Current Follow”. Closed follow positions: view historical records under “Follow Main Page → My Follow → Follow History”.
4. Setting Take Profit and Stop Loss
On the “Follow Main Page → Current Follow” page, select the position you want to set Take Profit or Stop Loss for. Click on Take Profit / Stop Loss price and set the value. When the market price reaches the set point, the position will be automatically closed at market price.
5. Manual Position Closing
Go to “Follow Main Page → Current Follow”. Click the “Close” button to manually close the position. The selected position will be closed at market price.
6. Canceling Follow
To stop following a trader, go to “Follow Main Page → My Traders”. Select the target trader and click “Cancel Follow”.
Important Notes:
After canceling a follow, existing positions will not be closed immediately and will continue to follow the trader’s actions. You can also manually close them yourself.
